As Alicia welcomes her 42nd birthday, we’re taking a look back at her 40th celebration. In an interview with USA Today, Alicia spoke about entering a new year feeling freer and better than ever. The root of her newfound confidence? Being more herself.
By showing up authentically, we clear the clutter and create space for what’s truly aligned. It may sometimes feel scary to watch as the old and familiar fall away but, as Alicia points out, you’re only making room for the people and things that propel you forward.
Being in your element isn’t about being in control of everything that happens to you, but finding the confidence to know that you’ll be fine regardless.
