Learn How to Practice Self-Love and Be Kind to Yourself

Even our globe-trotting Goddess-in-Chief finds the time to stop and restore her energy because she knows you can’t pour from an empty cup. You might be thinking: How can you rest and reach your goals? It’s possible, and we’re giving you five self-love ideas to get you going and glowing all year long—and beyond.
1. Practice your passion
In her MasterClass, Alicia shared this gem and reminder to spark joy in your own life. “Make space for things that are good for you,” Alicia said, alluding to the importance of allowing creativity to flow through you without expectations.
And while you don’t have to quit your nine-to-five job to pursue your passion project, you do need to place action behind your intention. (Who else is guilty of having a Pinterest filled with crafts and travel inspo, but has yet to see them through?) This year, dedicate time to doing something you love or are curious about simply for the feeling of joy. Painting, singing, or bird watching — it’s all fair game when building the foundation to a brighter you!
2. Raise the vibration of your space
