Sage + Oat Milk Candle

How to use the sage scented candle:

1. Place sage candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Keep area clear up to 18" above lit candle.
2. Trim the wick of the soy candle to a quarter of an inch before burning.
3. Light and breathe in the calming candle's fragrance.
4. Recite the affirmation: I shine at full wattage.
5. Follow with the Keys Soulcare ritual of your choice.

PRECAUTIONS: Trim wick before each use. Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time. Burn within sight. Keep away from things that catch fire. When you don’t trim the soy candle wick to 1/4 inch before burning, soot may be created. Smoke is also created when candles are placed near a draft as this may cause the soy wax candle to burn unevenly. Keep out of reach from children and pets. Fragrance (benzyl benzoate, hexyl cinnamal) may produce an allergic skin reaction. If on skin, wash with plenty of soap and water. If in eyes, rinse with water for several minutes. If skin or eye irritation persist, seek medical attention.

When used as directed, our sage-scented candle has a burn time of up to 65 hours.

What kind of wax is the scented candle made of

Our hand-poured vegan candle is a soy and paraffin blend. The addition of a small amount of paraffin allows for a better burning experience.

How long should I burn a candle?

We suggest burning your candle for at least one hour per inch of candle diameter, but no more than 3-4 hours at a time.

Why is there black smoke burning from my candle?

Why does my sage candle form a tunnel when burning?

Tunneling happens when a candle is not burned long enough to melt the wax to the edge of the candle. We suggest burning your candle for at least one hour per inch of candle diameter.

How do you make a candle wick burn slower?

To help your sage candle burn for as long as possible, continue to trim the wick to 1/4 inch before burning. A longer wick creates a larger flame, and a larger flame will melt the wax faster.
