How do I clean the dry brush?

Since dead skin cells are sloughed off during dry brushing, they can build up in the bristles. Gently wash the bristles with soap and water. Pat the brush dry with a towel. Hang to dry in a well-ventilated area.

Why do the brush bristles and my skin have to be dry?

Brushing with dry plant bristles on dry skin gives optimum results in skin exfoliation and circulation. If the bristles are wet, they will not exfoliate as effectively and you will not experience all of the benefits of dry brushing.

How many times a week should you dry brush your body?

We recommend you use the dry skin brush for 3 to 5 minutes each day. Start by using the dry brush 2-3 times per week and then work your way up to daily use as your skin gets accustomed to your new dry brushing ritual.
