How To Use The Renewing Body & Hand Wash:

FOR BODY

• Run a warm bath or shower, taking deep breaths in and out as you allow the water to warm your skin.
• Place 1-2 pumps of the hand and body wash into the palm of your hand or a dampened washcloth, and gently massage onto your body in a circular motion.
• Recite the affirmation: I love myself as I am.
• Rinse with warm water and gently pat your skin dry with a towel.

FOR HANDS

• Place 1 pump of cleanser into wet hands and work into a rich lather for 20 seconds or more.
• Recite the affirmation: I love myself as I am.
• Rinse with warm water and gently pat your skin dry with a towel.

Precautions: For external use only. Stop use at the first sign of irritation. Avoid contact with eyes. If eye contact occurs, rinse with plenty of water.

How much body cleanser do I use in the shower?

A little bit of the Renewing Body and Hand Wash goes a long way. Two pumps of this hand and body wash should be enough for your whole shower.

Can I use the Renewing Body and Hand Wash as a bubble bath?

Yes! Note that this offering was designed to be a body cleanser, not a bubble bath, so you will have a lighter amount of bubbles than a traditional bubble bath.

Is there a difference between body wash and body cleanser?

A body wash and a body cleanser are the same thing. There are different types of body washes and cleansers, but they all cleanse skin and some, like our Renewing Body and Hand Wash, can also be used as a moisturizing hand wash. Most body cleansers are moisturizing body washes that leave skin feeling hydrated and nourished. Our honey body wash has a scent of sage and oat milk that brings comfort, clarity and balance.
