“Every single day, I set my ‘intention of the dosha.’ So today, for example, is my Pitta day. It’s my day to do calls, get emails done, and check-check-check things off my to-do list. If I’m in my Pitta day, then I’m not kicking myself for not creatively writing. My Vata days are the days I write, create, brainstorm, and let myself think big. I’m not kicking myself for not doing my taxes on those days. My Kapha days are all about conversations and relationships.”
