So my skin story is a full circle moment. When I was younger, I was clumsy and got all these scars on my face. I didn't know how to cover them up back then. Did I feel insecure about my scars? Yeah. I realized there were all these things that were different about me, my body, my religion and my skin. I feel like being different wasn't accepted until I realized that when I embrace these differences, I am enough. When I'm taking care of myself, my skin is a direct reflection of that.
