Alicia’s take on showing ourselves the adoration we’re so great at showing others.
– KEYS SOULCARE
What if we listened to love songs with an ear for loving ourselves a little better?
In this video, Alica’s sharing a few bars from one of her latest hits and spelling out the message loud and clear: we should be the objects of our highest affections, kindness, and reverence. No more waiting. No holding back. Because we all deserve love!
“What if we switched it up?” she asks. “What if you let love songs give you an excuse to pour love into yourself?”

So the next time you’re jamming on a love song that’s taking you back or making you long for a new love of your own? Look in the mirror and show yourself some love right that minute — be the object of your own affection.
We love you! Share how you’re showing you love, too, in the comments.

This is SO good and SO hard! It’s good because it’s necessary and healing and when you show yourself love you show the world love too. It’s hard because it feels selfish even though it isn’t!

Hi,
I give myself love by buying a nice pair of sneakers 👟👟 😂.
Also by remaining yourself and above all always positive. Put the titles “Underdog, Love looks better, Karma and 3 hours drive” in my car and drive for a long time. Giving yourself love is also giving it to your parents because it is a huge part of them that is in us.

Wow! I never thought of listening to a love song and giving myself love. I have actually been taking this year to learn more about me, loving myself, doing for myself, and taking care of my mind, body, and soul. I have never thought about this though. Music has always had such a deep impact on me and when I listen to love songs I interpret them as to something I wish I had. Which gets me down or sad with myself. This is something I will try next love song I listen to. Thank you Alicia for another wonderful Piece of Peace💜✨

Love this. It took me decades to realize I didn’t love myself. So now I’m ‘woke’ I focus on ensuring my surroundings reflect all that I love. I am aware of my thoughts and catch negativity quicker and I am honing my God given gift by sharing my art. Me, me, me! It’s time! Thanks Alicia, the soulcare lounge is a wonderful addition to my love me couch!
