Sensuality advocate Brianne Patrice offers a ritual that stokes desire while soothing the body and mind.
– KEYS SOULCARE
We’re still basking in the afterglow of our first interview with sensual healing advocate and TwentyNineThirty community founder Brianne Patrice. (ICYMI, she’s on a mission to take the taboo out of connecting us to our pleasure — and ourselves — on the daily.)
So, when we had the chance to follow up with the rituals that validate and honor her sensual side, we made sure to take notes. (And we shared them below, of course.)
Brianne’s Ritual: Pleasure-Centric Journal Prompts
“I am a fan of journaling. I always assign ’homework’ [to my community and clients] through a series of activities and journaling prompts: What small things bring me pleasure? What memories do I have of being in my pleasure? What false beliefs do I carry around the word pleasure? How has conditioning, either childhood or societal, influenced what I prioritize, access, and embody in my everyday pleasure? When in my pleasure, what do I want to feel? And what do I see? What movements make me feel the most pleasurable? And how can I create more ‘yes’ moments in my day to day living?”
Which of the prompts did you feel most connected to? Dare to share a few of your answers? We’re here to chat and cheer you on in the comments!
