Here’s an inside look into the mind of the internet’s favorite psychiatrist.
– KEYS SOULCARE
As one of the most notable voices in clinical care, Dr. Jess is normalizing discussions on mental health with daily affirmations and in-depth discussions. Her invaluable education and insights make the board-certified psychiatrist a must-follow for anyone looking to destigmatize mental illness. (Psst… give her some social love at @AskDrJess.) But today, we’re flipping the script and asking how the doc is doing to discover the mantras and moments keeping her grounded. See what she had to say in this soul-centered check-in.

For my child to have space to safely fulfill his dreams.
What is your favorite part of yourself?

One day at a time. My lifelong personal mantra? Life is good.
What music, book, and/or podcast are you vibing to?
Any playlist my husband makes. Right now, he has created a playlist with Labi Siffre and [Christophe] Chassol. I am a huge fan of soul music.

Feeling comfortable in your skin. Feeling whole.

Life inspires me. The beauty of nature. My baby.
We’re loving Dr. Jess’s beauty note: feeling comfortable in your own skin. Tells us, when do you feel most confident? Share your favorite moments, rituals, and more in the comments!
