As opposed to masculine energy’s external focus, feminine energy teaches us to turn inward and work to trust our inner knowing. Feminine energy allows us to welcome our deepest desires and hold space to manifest. Then, masculine energy moves us to take actions to bring our manifestations to life. How do you embrace your inner goddess?

1. Release the masculine urge to control the outcome. Masculine energy is about decisive action. This is necessary along our journey, but it can become toxic if we neglect our feminine power. Instead of hyperfocusing on trying to guarantee a specific ending, we can awaken our inner goddess by accepting that things may not go as planned and trusting the universe is on our side. (Translation? Be patient and work to believe that disappointments are often redirection towards something better.)
2. Be vulnerable. Releasing control goes hand-in-hand with vulnerability. Being vulnerable is about standing in your truth and showing up fully — even in the face of rejection. Your inner goddess needs to be authentic in order to make and maintain a deep, loving connection to yourself and others. As part of your daily ritual, tell your loved ones you care. Have the difficult conversations you keep avoiding. (We’ve all been there!) Be honest about what you need from your relationships and speak your desires out loud. Your inner goddess deserves the world, so don’t hold back.
3. Pause, rest, repeat. The ultimate tip for awakening your inner goddess? Chill out.
