- Start by finding a quiet and comfortable place to sit and focus.
- Take a few deep breaths to clear your mind and relax your body.
- Visualize what you want to achieve or manifest in your life.
- Write down some intentions to get you to your vision in your Soulcare Gratitude Journal.
Next, unlock your potential with a positive statement that reflects your intentions. Plug your intention into the finder and get matched with your affirmation.
