These accounts and creators remind us to just breathe.
– KEYS SOULCARE
Moments of inspiration, calm, and clarity can happen anytime. But sometimes, it’s nice to know where to look. Today, we’re sharing four Instagram accounts that inspire us to slow down, reflect, and recenter ourselves on the spot. (And for the moments to come, too.)
1. @saritawalsh
Designer and artist Sarita Walsh specializes in work that balances meditative visuals and words with deep meaning. Her feed runs the gamut from reminders to care for ourselves as we might for our plants (drink water, get sunshine, and root ourselves where we might thrive) to illustrated quotes about self-worth and acceptance. Like what you see? Her posters and free downloads are just as striking IRL as on our screens.
2. @giftsforthespirit
This extension of Aja Daashuur’s Spirit House Collective feels like a virtual, visual exhale. From knowledgeable posts about healing crystal properties to mind-bending (and “aww”-worthy) nature photos, we turn to Daashuur’s feed for a guaranteed vibe lift.
3. @subliming.jpg
Curated by visual designer and creative director Tessa Forrest, the word-filled feed makes the case that mantras are what we make of them. (And, in Forrest’s case, boldly arresting, too.) Our faves include “Observe, Accept, Release, Transform” and “Thoughts Become Things.”
4. @calidagarciarawles
The dimension-defying painter has a way with water and the human form. (Need proof? Look no further than the jaw-dropping cover of Ta-Nehisi Coates’ recent best-seller, The Water Dancer.) A mix of personal mood boarding, kid photos, and art world happenings, her feed plays out like a behind-the-scenes, IRL look at the creative process.

We’d love to hear which feeds are inspiring you. Share your go-tos — and why you love them — in the comments!
