The term “lightworker” can be found scattered throughout an array of influencers and do-gooders across the internet, but its growing popularity can make it hard to define and even harder to reach. But being a lightworker doesn’t have to be complicated, so we’re giving you an illuminating refresher so you can stay inspired and seek those shining their light onto the world.
Are you a lightworker?
The short answer is, yes. At Keys Soulcare, being a lightworker has nothing to do with your follower count or a textbook definition of the word. Why are lightworkers important?

Speaking of connection, lightworkers are the crème de la crème of community — whether they know it or not. (And, yes, that includes you.) You are the only you there is, which is why showing up as your authentic self is so important. By being you, you inspire others to do the same. You might feel fear or hesitation, but your courage breeds more courage, so do you. Wear that bold outfit, make that TikTok about your poem, or share that “aha” moment with the barista at the coffee shop. You never know who has been looking for what you bring to the world.
