Connection
Some lightworkers inspire and center us by living their journeys to the fullest, while others — like lightworker and author Lalah Delia — have made healing their life’s work.
From our very first chat about balance, humility, and embracing our “emotional crawls” to countless others she guides in her online community, Vibrate Higher Daily, we were fascinated to learn more about what feeds and fuels Lalah’s daily vibes, too.
Here are a few of her go-tos:
Definitely attuning my vibration to The Divine.
My favorite part of myself is my heart to serve humanity — from family, to community, to the wider world…
Beauty to me looks like ritualizing my routine and making high vibrations the foundation. Beauty is how you carry yourself from the inside out.
I listen to binaural beats, take a nature walk, meditate, practice solitude, or move my body to ‘70s soul or lo-fi music.
For music, Brain.fm is a favorite for cool, curated binaural beats and playlists. For books, I’m currently reading The Yoga of Eating: Transcending Diets and Dogma to Nourish the Natural Self by Charles Eisenstein and a fave, The Inward Journey, by Howard Thurman.
I’m inspired by people healing, people growing, and evolving [as well as] people who were bold enough to show this world how to evolve, heal, ascend, and vibrate higher. My grandmothers, as well as Thich Nhat Hanh, and Howard Thurman, are all spiritual icons to me.
To see the world ascend to a high vibrational planet and state of being — and to support this happening.
Are there worthwhile causes that you support through ritual — no matter how big or small? Get the word out in the comments!
