The Sad Girls Club founder and conversation-sparker dishes on her favorite rituals, words, and dreams.
– KEYS SOULCARE
Mom, Sad Girls Club founder, and conversation sparker Elyse Fox is living proof that soulcare has a ripple effect into our every waking moment — and everyone we encounter. Fox shares her Soulcare 7 below, covering everything from her personal mantra to dream playlist.
What is your favorite daily ritual that’s just for you?
I chant in the morning. Also, tending to my plants.
What is your favorite part about yourself?
My miiiind 🙂
How do you take a moment for yourself?
Moments to myself have become rare since becoming a mom. I definitely value them a lot more! Sometimes, just being able to binge a Netflix show or listen to my 90s R&B playlist straight through is enough for me.
What is your personal mantra of the moment?
My presence is gold.

What music, book, and/or podcast are you vibing to?
Music? R&B (always!) including Alia Kadir and Flo Milli. Book? Anatomy of the Spirit.
What does beauty look like to you?
To me, beauty is unseen. It’s a general vibe or aura someone radiates. Beauty is in our energy and deeper than physical features.
Who and what inspires you?
I’m inspired by our youth. Their perseverance to stand strong in their opinions and fight for change is incredibly admirable.
